Founder of Core Studios & Retreat Director
Sarah Bibeau is the Founder of Core Studios and the Director of the Core Key West Wellness Reset. For more than two decades, she has guided clients and students through thoughtful, results-focused movement, personal training and holistic nutrition. Her work is grounded in the belief that movement is medicine, nutrition is medicine, and meaningful connection is essential to our well-being.
As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, ACE Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist, STOTT Pilates Instructor and longtime wellness professional, Sarah brings extensive experience to every session she leads. Her approach is warm, intelligent and deeply personal—meeting each person where they are while helping them feel stronger, more capable and more connected to their body.
Throughout the retreat, Sarah will lead powerful Pilates sessions designed to strengthen, stabilize and center the body. These practices will blend purposeful movement, core connection and mindful attention, allowing guests to feel both challenged and supported.
Sarah will also guide comprehensive nutrition workshops that move beyond general advice. Through personalized planning, thoughtful education and practical strategies, guests will learn how to nourish their bodies according to their individual needs—and how to carry those supportive habits into everyday life long after returning home from the retreat.
Her fascia release workshops will offer another opportunity to slow down and listen to the body. Through gentle, intentional techniques, guests will be guided to soften and open areas of tension, bringing greater ease, mobility and deep relaxation to tight, stiff muscles.
Sarah will also offer a healing sound-bath experience created to calm the nervous system, invite stillness and soothe the soul.
Her intention for the Core Key West Wellness Reset is to create a warm and welcoming space where guests can step away from the demands of daily life, reconnect with themselves and return home feeling stronger, nourished, restored and renewed.
Guest Presenter · Yoga Teacher, Author & Intuitive Guide
Victoria (Tori) Newburn is a yoga teacher, intuitive guide, author, and founder of This Gentle Way, a digital community for ongoing practice and connection. With training in Prana Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow, meditation, a Master of Fine Arts degree, and continuing studies in astrology, religious studies, and quantum energetics, Tori brings movement, creativity, and spiritual inquiry into a shared practice of self-discovery. Her work explores the relationship between the physical body and the internal world of thought, intuition, and energy.
In 2025, Tori published her first book, The Weaver & The Welder: A Memoir of Sacred Musings. During the retreat, she will lead movement, meditation, and intuitive writing workshops and offer optional one-on-one True Sky Astrology and intuitive guidance sessions.
Part One
The body holds stories, sensations, and wisdom that we can begin to comprehend when we give them space to move. In this workshop, Tori will guide participants through gentle movement, breath, and intuitive writing to explore the relationship between embodied experience and inner knowing.
Movement will open the conversation. Writing will give it language. Through guided prompts and time for reflection, participants will follow what emerges: an image, a memory, a sensation, or a thought asking for deeper attention. The practice invites curiosity about how intuition feels in the body and how the page can help us recognize and articulate what we sense.
All levels of movement and writing experience are welcome. Bring a journal, a pen, and a willingness to explore.
Part Two
At the close of the retreat, we will return to the page, this time using guided meditation as our entry point. Where our first session begins with movement, this practice begins with stillness, allowing the experiences of the retreat to settle and reveal what holds meaning.
Tori will guide participants through a meditation that brings attention inward, creating space to connect with the sensations, images, and insights that emerge. From this space, we will move into intuitive writing, exploring what has shifted, what has become clearer, and what is ready to take shape in daily life.
This closing session offers time to gather the wisdom of the retreat and give it individual expression. Through meditation, writing, and reflection, participants will explore how to carry that connection home through the choices, rhythms, and practices that support their becoming. Bring your journal and pen, including any writing from our first session.
